The agreement

These terms govern your use of auslimo.com and any transportation services booked through it. The operator and contracting party is FG Twelve LLC, 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131, USA (“Aus Limo”, “we”, “us”). By making a booking you accept these terms.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are fixed prices in US dollars for the route, vehicle class, date and time you specify, inclusive of fuel, tolls, applicable airport fees, standard waiting time and meet and greet. Payment is taken by card at booking through Stripe. Additional charges apply only for waiting beyond the free allowance, extra stops added after booking, or optional extras you select, and are disclosed at the applicable rates before or at the time they are incurred.

Waiting time and no-shows

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting after actual landing time for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights. Other pickups include 15 minutes. If we cannot reach you and you have not boarded the vehicle by the end of the free waiting period plus any purchased extension, the booking may be treated as a no-show and charged in full.

Cancellations and changes

You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup for standard transfers. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged up to the full fare. If your airline cancels or reschedules your flight, contact us and we will move the booking without penalty where operationally possible. We may cancel a booking and refund it in full where events beyond our control (severe weather, road closures, port shutdowns) make the trip unsafe or impossible.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the booking details, for ensuring passengers are ready at the agreed time and place, and for the conduct of your party during the ride. Florida law requires appropriate child restraints for children aged five and under; tell us the ages of young passengers so we can fit suitable seats. Damage to a vehicle beyond normal wear may be charged at cost.

Service standards and liability

We will provide licensed, insured vehicles and professional drivers, and we plan conservative pickup times for flights and cruises. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including traffic incidents, weather and security operations, nor for consequential losses such as missed flights or sailings, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our maximum liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your booking applies to that booking. Questions: [email protected].
